A LITTLE ABOUT US...
Something Olde Something New...was an idea born almost 11 years ago...Julie and I were going through "growing pains" and ready for a career change. Our children were in school full time and we were dissatisfied with our current jobs.

We decided to open a women's consignment shop. We both have always enjoyed shopping in second hand and antique shops and decorating our home and yards with our "finds". We found a location, did our homework, and got started with an answering machine and a sign in the window.

Now it is 10 years later and we have expanded once to include furniture, vintage home accessories and a variety of unique items all through consignment. Not long ago we dedicated one room in the shop just for linens.

We enjoy filling our store with an eclectic variety provided by our consignors. We are also committed to the community by recycling unsold items to local charities in the Albany area.

Our pledge to our customers is not to grow bigger, but to "GROW BETTER"!
